How it All Started

Camp Braveskin, formerly known as Camp Ganega, was first established in 2003 for children and adolescents with chronic skin conditions. This camp began as a joint effort of two pediatric dermatologists, Dr. Robin Carder and Dr. Fred Ghali.

The project has now grown and involvement includes many other local dermatologists, residents, nurses/medical assistants, and pharmaceutical representatives.
